I love to connect with natural beauty, it is all around us and within us. I am passionate about my work, supporting people to grow. Wisdom, truth and peace is found within, we just need the tools to connect. I have eleven years experience in health delivery and enhancing lifestyles for people of all ages. I have developed a successful private practice for the past five years in Sydney, NSW and the Macedon Ranges as a counsellor in applied psychology.
I have recently relocated to Macedon Ranges in Victoria and return three days a fortnight to Sydney. I assist you to discover yourself as an 'individual'. Understanding ourselves - 'who' we are, and 'how' we function with 'self' & others', assists us to express what is really happening in our relationships, improves self esteem and helps identify the needs we often seek others to fulfill. I am a skilled and empathic listener working with applied psychology, emotional focused therapy and the Jungian based Sand Tray assisting individuals to enhance and improve life.
I have fifteen years experience across Primary health - community and residential care specialising in 'lifestyle enhancement' and improve quality service delivery and people management & leadership.
Clients tell me I facilitate a genuine experience of ‘being heard’ and ‘felt understood’ whilst facilitating ‘telling their story’ within a safe environment.
